HOW TO GET STARTED

1. Purchase 7-Connect Prepaid SIM Card at participating 7-Eleven stores and activate your Free Nights & Weekends plan by loading a 7-Connect $30 Free Nights & Weekends Top Up Card to your account (follow the instructions on the Top Up Card).

2. Each 7-Connect Free Nights & Weekends Top Up Card value expires in 30 days from the day of top up. Service is extended when you load another 7-Connect $30 Free Nights & Weekends Top Up Card into your account on or before expiry date.

3. Every $30 Free Nights & Weekends top up, you are awarded $10 Free Bonus for Anytime Minutes, IDD and SMS. Your Anytime Minutes is as low 8cents/min 3^rd minutes onward with first two minutes at 15 cents/min.

Remember to top up your account every 30 days at any participating 7-Eleven stores.

Free Nights & Weekends service is provided to individual users only, and assumes average individual usage patterns. We reserve the right to monitor and investigate your usage for exceptions to such patterns and for abuse of the Service (e.g., business usage, excessive usage reflected in 30-day minutes of use or unusually high volumes of calls placed to varying telephone numbers). Also, any usage in excess of 2,000 aggregate minutes per 30 day period shall be presumed inconsistent with individual usage patterns. If you fail to comply with these limitations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend Service without notice or refund.

How do I get started?
With purchase of 7-Connect™ Prepaid SIM Card and $30 Top Up Card (“Bundle for $30”) at any participating 7-Eleven stores. Then;

Activate your Free Nights & Weekends service by simply loading a 7-Connect Free Nights & Weekends $30 Top Up Card to your account (follow the instructions on the Top Up Card), you can use your Free Nights & Weekends service instantly.

Once the $30 Top Up Card is loaded into your account, your 30-Day expiry date is set. You will have access to the Free Nights & Weekends plan, including a $10 bonus for Anytime Minutes.

What is the expiry date on my Free Nights & Weekends Top Up Card?
Each 7-Connect Free Nights & Weekends Top Up Card value expires 30 days from your activation date. Service is extended when you load another 7-Connect Free Nights & Weekends $30 Top Up Card into your account on or before your 30-Day expiry date.

How do I know when to top up my account?
At the end of each call, you will receive a text message indicating your Free Nights & Weekends expiry date, e.g. “Free Nights and Weekends expires on 30-09-2010”. You can also enquire by dialing *4711 from your mobile phone. When prompted, Press 2 to hear your balance and expiration date.

How do I continue my Free Nights & Weekends service?
You will need to top up a $30 Card to extend your Free Nights & Weekends service plan on or before your 30-Day expiry date. Every time you top up with a $30 Free Nights & Weekends Top Up Card, you are awarded $10 Free Bonus for Anytime Minutes, IDD and SMS.

How can I use the $10 Bonus?
You may use it for local voice calls, IDD and SMS. Your Anytime Minutes rate is 8¢ per minute for the 3rd minute onward with the first two minutes at 15¢ per minute for local voice calls. Additional Anytime Minutes are available when you purchase a 7-Connect $18 Top Up Card. You will also receive a 20 SMS bonus.

In the event a $30 Free Nights & Weekends Top Up Card is not added on, or before my expiry date, what will happen?
Unused Anytime Minutes remaining in your account will be used to make voice calls, IDD and SMS at the Anytime Minute rate. Additional Anytime Minutes are available when you purchase a 7-Connect $18 Top Up Card. You will also receive a 20 SMS bonus. More details on the rate are available on the inside page of this brochure.

What happens if I top up before the 30-Day expiry date?
Your Free Nights & Weekends service is extended for another 30 days. Your new 30-Day expiry date will be 30 days from the date of your last top up.
